I'm building an open source GEO/AEO SEO tool based on my workflow.

Very excited to announce that tomorrow I'll be making the repo public for everyone to be able to run a very close version of my personal playbook.

All you'll need is a google places API key from google cloud services & Claude CLI.

It pulls from GBP & Google Maps to display potential clients and then checks their page source for issues with structured data & overall SEO issues like missing llms.txt, robots.txt blocking crawlers, inconsistent NAP, missing FAQschema or ld+json rich text, and more.

The tool will also generate a starter schema for the potential client based on findings, a full doc outlining all the issues written at a Flesch-Kincaid level of 4 (barney style) with jargon they can understand.
