I got tired of using the same payment card everywhere, so I'm building Sitra.

Hi everyone, I'm a backend developer and over the past few months I've been working on an idea that's been stuck in my head. Every time I buy something online, sign up for a free trial, or subscribe to a service, I'm expected to reuse the same debit or credit card. That never felt right. So I'm building Sitra. The first version focuses on disposable virtual cards. The idea is simple: • Create a virtual card in seconds. • Set a spending limit. • Choose when it expires. • Automatically discard it after use. Instead of exposing one card everywhere, every purchase can have its own card. Long term, I want Sitra to become a payment control platform, but I'm intentionally starting with one problem and trying to solve it well.
