I got tired of being gaslit by Meta Ads data, so I started building Xolora
I’ve spent years in marketing, and there’s one thing that always drove me crazy: The massive gap between what Meta claims is happening and the reality of our bank accounts.
Meta loves to show us link clicks and high CTRs to keep us spending, but we know that many of those clicks are just ghosts—accidental taps, bot traffic, or low-intent engagement that never reaches the checkout page.
The problem is that most tools to fix this are built for enterprise agencies with massive budgets and jargon-heavy dashboards.
So, I decided to bring my own solution to life.
Xolora is a simplified audit tool designed for solopreneurs and small business owners who don't have time to become data scientists.
What Xolora does differently:
No Jargon: It analyzes your Meta ads and tells you in plain English what is working and what isn't
The Waste Score: It tells you exactly how much of your budget is being eaten by low-intent clicks.
Actionable Steps: It doesn't just show data; it tells you what to kill and what to scale.
We are officially launching the Beta in July, but I’d love to get some early feedback from this community.
I built a quick 2-minute Meta Health Check (no logins required) to show you the kind of insights we’re building:
Thank you for your support!

I'd be interested in the beta when it's available. I'm a solopreneur soft-launching twixtalk.com, a family coordination app for sandwich generation adults managing an aging loved one, and Meta Ads is my primary acquisition channel right now. The problem you're describing is real and I haven't found a clean solution. Count me in.
@don_t_collins Sounds like you're exactly the kind of user Mona is building this for.
Also, I checked out TwixTalk and I like how focused it is. Keeping family members aligned when caring for a loved one sounds simple on paper, but I can imagine how quickly texts, calls, and updates become overwhelming. Wishing you the best with the soft launch.
@don_t_collins Sorry for my late reply, it was a long weekend here.
Thank you for your interest in testing the beta of Xolora. Here is the link to join the waitlist: https://tally.so/r/xX98Ad
Also I like the idea of your app as in the west we live in ageing societies. So your app will be very useful. All the best with it.
@psych_dev Thank you! I really hope Xolora will be valuable for many.
Yes, solopreneurs and small business owners keep telling me that most tools are too confusing for them. They feel overwhelmed. And when you're busy, you just want a simple and easy tool.
Xolora analyzes your ad, campaign or ad set and based on the data it gets from you (basically the data from the Meta Ads Manager) it tells you where you're wasting money and what to do about it. We aim to also include Google Analytics as there is often a mismatch between what the Meta dashboard shows and what the Google dashboard tells you.
But if you wanted to know how it works in the backend/on the technical side, then you'd need to talk to my developer. :D
Are you also running Meta ads?
@mona_kohlhaas Not at the moment. I'm more on the software side, so I was curious about the problem you're solving.
I can definitely see why the waste score would be useful though. Most people probably don't care about dozens of metrics, they just want to know whether their ad spend is actually paying off.
