I am a student

I'm a student, a passionate coder, and honestly a big fan of finance.

My first real experience with finance was through trading. But as I started learning more, I realised that I wanted to understand what was actually happening inside a company not just learn formulas or definitions.

That's why I started building Brackt.

Whether you're a student learning accounting, an entrepreneur who wants to understand what's happening in their company, or simply someone who wants to learn how to manage their money, that's who I'm building this for.

Brackt is a finance learning platform where you can learn accounting, personal finance and investing, but I didn't want it to feel like another academic course or another gamified app.

I wanted to build a workspace.

A place where you can learn, practise and actually understand finance through real-world examples. Our lessons use companies like Apple, Microsoft and JPMorgan to make concepts easier to connect with what's actually happening in business.

You can take notes directly in a lesson and create your own cheat sheets. There's a calendar where you can add important dates and organise your studying. There's also an AI tutor that you can ask questions whenever you're stuck.

And one thing I'm particularly excited about is that you can bring your own resources into Brackt. You can upload something you're studying and use it to create exercises, practise flashcards, ask questions, or simply go deeper into the subject.
