How do you approach founders directly to sell B2B SaaS?

by

Hey everyone, I am new here, still learning the ropes on Product Hunt discussions.

I'm building XC0MRADE, a cybersecurity/compliance platform built India-first (CERT-In, DPDPA, RBI frameworks), with Turin at the core: a full-stack DAST engine doing API fuzzing, cloud access-control audits, and automated compliance reporting. Built rigorously for Indian regulatory depth, but the underlying testing engine works for any company that needs to continuously test and prove their security posture, not limited to India.

We're also working on a crowdsourced testing layer alongside Turin, bringing independent researchers into the platform for broader coverage.

Right now I'm figuring out the best way to reach founders/decision-makers directly, how do you approach this without just relying on inbound?

For those who've done B2B security/SaaS outreach. what's actually worked for you? Cold email, LinkedIn DMs, warm intros, communities like this one? Curious what gave the best early response rate, and mistakes to avoid.

Happy to share more about what we're building if useful, but mainly here to learn from people who've done this well.
