How are teams making sure they're building the right thing?

We're all builders here, but just because we can now ship incredibly fast, doesn't mean we're necessarily shipping the right thing.
How are people here validating product ideas, writing PRDs/specs for coding agents, making sure they fit in the context of their codebase and product, finding ways to get their ideas through to production much faster, etc?

Neat! Validating ideas fast is a game changer...loving what you're building.
