Hello Product Hunt! 👋 I started building Flomo Health AI because I realized that many people receive general diet advice that doesn't consider their personal health. I wanted to create an AI that recommends meals based on a person's health information, such as blood pressure, blood sugar, sleep, and other health factors, making food recommendations more personalized. Building this project has been an amazing learning experience. I designed, tested, and improved the app step by step, learning about AI, product development, and user experience along the way.
