Exporting physical goods? Let's make your first invoice + packing list

by•

If you run a small export business or prepare shipping paperwork, I'd like to help you try one fictional shipment in Trade Paper AI. I'm its founder, Seonghwan.

The result: a Commercial Invoice and a separate Packing List PDF, using saved company, buyer and item details.

You can inspect a finished fictional pair before signing up:

For a guided practice run, reply "first document" here. I'll ask which document you prepare and any essential field, then guide you through the steps in this thread. Please don't post real buyer details or trade records.

A simple practice case: 100 sample parts at USD 5 each, in 10 cartons. Each carton has 8 kg net and 9 kg gross weight. Check the USD 500 invoice total against the packing list's 100 pieces, 10 cartons, 80 kg net and 90 kg gross.

The Free plan includes five documents per month, including saved practice documents. Viewing the public samples requires no account; creating and saving your own documents requires a free account. Guidance is free, and paid checkout is currently off.

Cartons and weights are entered manually. After an invoice edit, review and update the saved Packing List separately—it does not automatically sync. This is document preparation, not customs filing or certification.

If your current layout has a must-have field, tell me its name first so we can check whether the tool fits before you spend time registering.
