DESIGN:OS Studio v0.7.0: shadow blend modes, style folders, Figma-matched export bounds

What's new

Effects: blend modes on drop and inner shadows, and drop shadows on fill-less frames now follow the visible children.

Styles: delete a style while linked layers keep their resolved values (one undo step), group styles into folders with "/", rename folders, and add descriptions that show as hover tooltips.

Export: PNG and SVG bounds now match Figma for shadows, strokes and groups. A "Show in folder" toast tells you where the file went, and nothing is silently overwritten.

Panels: icon-only left rail with tooltips, a resizable Pages / Layers split, and a scrollable changed-layers card in the Agents panel.

CLI: a --screenshot run with unsaved edits no longer hangs on "Save changes?".

Not in this release: approving Codex tool calls from the Agents panel was pulled before release (Codex still asks in its own terminal), and mouse-wheel terminal scrolling after a large agent edit moves to v0.7.1.
