Built an AI tool that turns empty room photos into staged listings — would love feedback

by

Hey PH 👋

I've been building it lets real estate agents, photographers, and brokerages upload a photo of an empty room and get back a realistic, furnished version in minutes, while preserving the original walls, windows, doors, and layout.

The idea came from a real problem in our other business () doing manual virtual staging for real estate clients. It was slow and expensive at scale. So we built EstateAI to make it instant: pick a room type, pick an interior style (Modern, Luxury, Scandinavian, Boho, Minimal, Industrial), and get a staged result, no prompting or design skills needed.

We're still early and actively shipping based on feedback. A few things we're working on right now based on user input:

- Per-room style selection (instead of one style for the whole photo)

- Before/after comparison view for listings

Would genuinely love for agents, photographers, or anyone in real estate/proptech to try it and tell us what's missing: []

Happy to answer any questions here!

Congrats on shipping EstateAI. Building a second business out of a real pain point in your first one is a good sign, means you already know the problem cold. I run a few businesses myself, built FounderFlow out of that, so full disclosure there, and the hardest part for me wasn't the building, it was noticing which business actually needed me on a given day. Curious if you're feeling that yet or if it's still early enough to hold both in your head.
