Built a shared payment ledger for landlords & tenants — feedback welcome

I've been building Nestily, a property CRM built around one idea: the payment record shouldn't just live in the landlord's private spreadsheet — both landlord and tenant should see the same ledger, in real time.

The core mechanic is an immutable audit log — every payment event (logged, confirmed, disputed, late fee applied) is timestamped and visible to both sides, so no one's relying on a screenshot or someone's memory of what was paid.

Built solo (with a technical collaborator helping now) using React 19 + Firebase, fully localized in English, Russian, and Kazakh — designed first for Kazakhstan's rental market, where Kaspi transfers are the dominant payment rail.

Genuinely curious what this community thinks:

• If you've built or used property management tools — does "both sides see the same record" sound like a real pain point you've had, or a solved problem?

• Anyone else designing for a specific regional payment habit (Kaspi, Pix, UPI, etc.) rather than defaulting to Stripe-first? How'd that shape your architecture?
