Founder of Nestily, a shared payment ledger for landlords and tenants in Kazakhstan. I got tired of watching self-managing landlords run their business over WhatsApp threads and spreadsheets no one else can see — so I built the tool I wished existed: one auditable record both sides can trust. Wrote most of the codebase myself, based in Almaty, building for Kazakhstan's rental market first.
