Built a free photo log to see if my skincare is actually working. Feedback welcome

by•

I could never tell whether my acne routine was working, because day to day nothing looks different. So I built FaceLogs, a small free web app for tracking it.

What it does:

- A daily photo with your last photo faintly overlaid, so every shot lines up

- A lighting check, because bad lighting makes photos useless to compare

- A 30-second check-in for breakouts, irritation, dryness, and the products you used

- A timeline of when you started or stopped each product

- A slider to compare any two days

Privacy: photos and entries stay in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, and there are no accounts or analytics. It’s an early prototype and only a tracking log, not medical advice.

Try it:

The screenshot shows [describe what’s in your screenshot, such as the Today screen or the timeline].

What I’d like to know:

1. Does the daily flow look quick enough, or is there too much to fill in?

2. Is anything confusing in the screenshot or the app?

3. What would you want it to do that it doesn’t?

Honest criticism is welcome.
