Building my first AI startup… but finding beta testers has been the hardest part

Hi everyone!

I'm currently building Flowmyi, an AI workspace for Gmail that helps make sure important emails and commitments don't get lost in your inbox.

The product is already working in private beta, but I've hit a challenge I didn't expect:

Finding the first 10-15 real beta users has been much harder than building the product itself.

So far I've tried:

I've received some great feedback, but I'm still struggling to find people willing to use it for a couple of weeks and give honest feedback.

I'd love to learn from founders who have already been through this: Where did you find your first beta testers?

And if anyone here lives in Gmail every day and enjoys testing early-stage products, I'd love to hear from you. I'm looking for honest feedback.
