Building a thing that automatically mails your grandparents a real letter every month

Could use some help/feedback in exchange for free letters to your loved ones : )

Here are the details and the problem I keep running into.. I mean to keep in touch with my grandparents but life gets in the way and it's always on the back burner. Texting is pretty useless bc they aren't great at using their iphones, calls have a 10% hit rate, and "I'll write a letter this weekend" never comes to fruition.

SO.... I'm building With Love. Once a month a user answers 3 quick prompts (type it or record a voice note) and drop in a few photos. We turn that into an actual letter, printed with the photos built into the page, and mail it to your grandparent's door.

$14/month for one recipient (less than a Hulu subscription) and instead of you watching something....you get the good feeling of actually staying in touch, they get a letter that makes them feel loved <3

In the world of AI and non-stop screens, who doesn't love getting an actual physical letter from a friend/fam member?
