Bloxie - Asynchronous collaboration
Hi everyone,
Bloxie is built for asynchronous collaboration. Instead of endless meetings, chats and emails, create one place where everyone can participate and decisions happen naturally.
Yet we always ended up using a mix of chat apps, emails, calendars and spreadsheets. I wanted to build something that matched my own expectations: a platform that is simple enough for everyday decisions, yet powerful enough for teams and organizations. One place where people can participate asynchronously, stay informed automatically and reach clear decisions without unnecessary meetings.
With Bloxie you can:
• Create polls and collect votes in real time
• Schedule meetings by letting participants vote for the best date
• Make informed decisions with flexible tie-breaking rules
• Invite team members or external guests — no account required
• Keep every vote secure with passwords, invitations or private workspaces
• Automatically notify participants about invitations, reminders and final decisions
• Share documents and images to provide additional context
• Organize everything in collaborative workspaces with roles and permissions
• Extend your plan anytime with flexible Blox Credits — only pay for what you need
• Calendar integrations, workflows and AI features are coming soon
One feature I'm particularly excited about is Blox Credits. Instead of forcing everyone into a more expensive subscription, users can simply extend their existing plan with additional threads, workspaces or participants whenever they need them.
Be among the first to experience a new way of creating polls, scheduling appointments and making decisions together. Join the waitlist today to get notified when Early Access becomes available and be one of the first users to try Bloxie.

Built with technologies I genuinely enjoy working with:
• React Native + Expo
• Next.js (Landing Page)
• Convex (Backend & Database)
• TanStack Query
• Clerk (Authentication)
• TypeScript
• Font Awesome Pro
• RevenueCat (Subscriptions & In-App Purchases)
• Resend (Transactional Emails)
• Netlify (Hosting)
One of the best decisions for this project was choosing #convex. Having a type-safe backend, database, functions and realtime updates in one platform has made development incredibly productive.
