Are we overcomplicating productivity apps?

"It feels like every new habit tracker wants to be the next Notion—requiring a 10-minute setup and an email address just to get started. I got so frustrated by this that I just built a completely zero-login, frontend-only tracker for my own launch today. Do you think there is still a market for single-purpose, frictionless utility apps, or does everything need to be an all-in-one workspace now?
