Anyone recently applied for OCI card? Need some guidance

I’m currently in the process of applying for an OCI card and honestly finding it a bit confusing. There are so many steps eligibility, document format, photo size, and small mistakes can delay the process a lot.

While searching online, I found something called Visament OCI experts. It looks like Visament provides help with OCI applications, but I’m not sure how reliable these services are.Has anyone here used them or any similar service?

Would really appreciate if someone can share:
