How do hotels handle security incident reporting today?
I’ve worked in corporate and hospitality security, and one problem I’ve seen repeatedly is how much time security teams spend writing and organizing incident reports.
Reports are often created manually, and the process can vary between shifts and properties.
I’m building Security Report AI to explore a simpler approach: hotel security teams can describe an incident in natural language and turn it into a structured, professional report, while also keeping daily security logs and security information organized in one workspace.
I’d really like to hear from people working in hospitality, hotel security, loss prevention or hotel operations:
How does your hotel currently create and manage security incident reports?
Do you use dedicated software, templates, Word/Excel, or another workflow?
And what is the most frustrating part of the process?
