We run this ourselves: a single application deployed to two clusters in two separate AWS accounts, behind one hostname. You pick the Route53 routing policy — latency-based, failover or weighted — and traffic goes to the nearest healthy cluster, with failover to the other if one goes down.

The part that normally costs a platform team weeks is the plumbing around it, and that is the part SeaGit does for you:

🌍 DNS per cluster. Records created and kept in sync for every leaf, in whichever AWS account owns the hosted zone.

🔐 Certificates everywhere. TLS issued automatically for each leaf — including when the cluster and the hosted zone sit in different AWS accounts.

🔑 Cross-account IAM, handled. The roles and trust policies are created and scoped for you. Nothing to hand-write.
