sDiary - A journal that seals each day, so it stays as you wrote it
by•
sDiary is a journal with one page per day: a line in the morning, moments in text, photo or voice through the day, then you seal it and it stays as written. Sealed days add up to a book. No ads, works offline, Pro is a one-time unlock.

Hi Product Hunt, I'm Anthony, I make sDiary.
I've started a lot of journals. Most of them died around day 3, because a blank page every night feels like homework. sDiary makes the day smaller. In the morning you write one line about what the day is for. During the day you drop in moments: a sentence, a photo, a voice note. In the evening you write a short reflection and seal the page. Once it's sealed, it stays the way you wrote it.
What it does:
- One page per day: a morning intention, moments in text, photo or voice, an evening reflection
- Sealing locks the day, and sealed days add up to a book you can flip back through
- Threads finds the words that keep coming back across your days, worked out on your phone
- Search across your days, and on December 31 a Year in Review built from your own intentions and threads
- An optional trusted reader: invite one person to read your days after you seal them, and revoke them any time
- Export everything as Markdown plus your original photos and audio, so the archive outlives the app
Free covers the whole daily loop: unlimited text, one photo a day, search over your last 30 sealed days, and export. Pro is a one-time purchase that adds voice moments, unlimited photos, Threads, full-history search and the full Year in Review. No subscription.
Privacy, plainly: no account needed, no ads, works offline, and your days live on your phone. If you want them on another device, or want a trusted reader, Sapplify Sync is free and opt-in, encrypted in transit and at rest on EU servers, not end to end. There's anonymous usage analytics, and you can switch it off in settings.
What made your last journal stop?
