Hey Product Hunt, I built ScrollStop because most focus apps became too complicated for the moment when you actually need help. The problem is simple: you sit down to study, work, or sleep, and your thumb opens TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or another app before your brain even makes a decision. ScrollStop is meant to be a small, firm lock for your phone: - Create a Focus Plan - Pick the apps that distract you - Start a focus session ScrollStop blocks those apps until the session ends Your data stays on your device I wanted the product to avoid the usual traps: no social feed, no coins, no guilt-heavy streaks, no AI coach, no subscription. Just a clean local-first blocker with proof stats like focus minutes protected and distractions blocked. I would love feedback on three things: - Does the “Focus Plan” concept feel clear? - Would you prefer strict blocking, gentle blocking, or both? - What app do you personally need blocked the most?

I’ve shipped a new version of ScrollStop since launch.

This update includes a smoother onboarding experience, a new free plan, and better optimization across the app.

My focus was to make ScrollStop easier to start using, more accessible to try, and smoother in everyday use.
