What’s the biggest problem you face when using public transportation?

I’m Youssef, the solo founder and developer of SAYR, a public transportation app designed to make commuting easier and less stressful.

I built SAYR after noticing two major problems:

1. Crowded pickup locations: People often arrive at bus stops without knowing how crowded they’ll be or whether they should consider a different departure time.

2. Complicated route discovery: Finding the right bus, metro, or other public transportation option can be surprisingly difficult, especially in unfamiliar cities.

SAYR aims to solve these problems by helping people discover transportation routes, navigate step by step, and check expected crowding conditions before their journeys.

But I know every city has its own transportation challenges, and I’d love to learn from your experiences.
