What kinds of group events are hardest to organize?

Hi everyone! I'm Erin, founder of SameTeam Events.

I spent more than 12 years planning and coordinating events before building SameTeam Events. One thing I've learned is that every group seems to struggle with event planning in different ways.

Churches juggle volunteers, schools coordinate signups, nonprofits manage attendance, and community groups try to keep everyone informed.

I'm curious—what kinds of events do you organize, and what's the hardest part?
