We wanted to build a jobs platform that has only job posts WITH salary data and we want users to have an ability to browse for jobs based on salary criteria (but also match on skills and benefits of course). We never understood what is the point of job platforms that you have to find out what salary is on your third interview or do a bunch of tests just to find out pay is less than what you earn now. All job posts should be with salary data and job seekers should be able to search with this primary criteria or wait for a great match - that's it.
