Would love to see a moisture-wicking or sweat-absorbing liner pad inside, since the vents will help airflow but the forehead sweat still drips down during long shifts. Maybe a replaceable, washable insert would make it more comfortable and hygienic for daily wear.

The ventilation idea is solid, but you might want to consider adding removable, washable sweatband liners inside the helmet. Long shifts mean the padding absorbs a lot of moisture and bacteria, so being able to swap or clean it would really extend the helmet's usable life and keep things hygienic for workers on consecutive days.
