An offline Python CLI for checking whether supplied evidence links a settled payment to the expected terminal business outcome using the same payment ID. Reads JSON observations and returns VERIFIED, NOT_VERIFIED, or UNKNOWN. Includes synthetic examples and unit tests. It does not connect to live payment providers or independently authenticate source data.

I built SABLE to answer a narrow question: does the evidence actually connect a settled payment to the intended business outcome? The CLI reads JSON observations, checks payment-ID binding and event order, and returns VERIFIED, NOT_VERIFIED, or UNKNOWN. It runs offline. It does not query PayPal, Stripe, banks, or order systems, and it cannot independently authenticate supplied data. All included examples are synthetic. I'd appreciate feedback from developers working on billing, webhooks, or entitlements: what missing evidence or edge case would make this more useful?
