Just listened to this one! I was a little late! In this episode, Kyle (@kdaigle) talks about how GitHub integrations (https://github.com/integrations) went from an idea -> development -> launch. My biggest takeaway from this episode was that: it's helpful defining a very minimal MVP when launching any new product (even within a company as large as GitHub). In this case their goal was to "Make finding continuous integration services easy"... and in the end they succeeded.
