Rostavo is the back office for a small agency that sends people into other people's homes. It replaces the combination most of these agencies actually run on: a spreadsheet for the schedule, a WhatsApp group for the team, a paper or folder system for certificates, a calendar tool for bookings, and a separate accounting package for invoices. The pitch is not that any one of those is bad. It is that the handovers between them are where things get dropped, and the person doing the dropping is the owner.
