Love the concept, the status-driven placement is such a nice touch for a second monitor. One idea: add a tiny indicator or sound when someone enters focus mode, so it's easier to notice who's heads-down without scanning the whole room.

Love how it just sits on a second monitor and gives the team a little vibe without snooping on messages. One thing I'd love is seasonal events or little office holidays where the world decorates itself for a week, would be a fun reason to glance over and see what everyone is up to.
