Roocast - Paid live sessions with enforced access and simple pricing

Roocast is a session-first system for running paid live experiences with strict access control and simple economics. There’s no discovery feed, followers, or booking complexity. Tickets generate claim links bound to the first device, preventing sharing abuse. Recording and AI notes are built-in, not add-ons. Hosts can instantly clone sessions, and distribution is external by design. It’s infrastructure for turning live attention into clean, enforceable transactions.

Roocast was inspired by the gap between live attention and reliable monetization. Existing tools either optimize for meetings, courses, or creator discovery, but none treat a live session as a clean, enforceable transaction. The core problem was friction: too many tools, weak access control, and fragmented pricing models that make paid live experiences harder than they should be. Over time, the approach shifted from building a full creator platform to aggressively removing complexity—eliminating followers, discovery, booking systems, and add-ons. The product evolved into a session-first system where everything revolves around creating, selling, and repeating structured live sessions with deterministic access and unified economics.
