What inspired us to build ReviewFlow was a simple observation: enterprise commerce brands in India were stuck between two extremes. On one side, platforms like Yotpo and Bazaarvoice offer powerful review and ratings capabilities, but their pricing and implementation costs often make them difficult to justify for many growing brands. On the other side, most Shopify review apps are affordable but limited, and they rarely work well across enterprise commerce platforms or headless architectures. We felt there was a huge gap in the market. Brands using Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, commercetools, and other modern commerce stacks deserve the same enterprise-grade experience without paying enterprise-level premiums. We wanted to build a solution that delivers the features, flexibility, and scalability large brands need, while remaining practical and cost-effective for businesses in India and other emerging markets. ReviewFlow helps commerce teams turn ratings, reviews, and Q&A into a true conversion asset. From collecting fresh customer feedback to publishing trusted shopper content across PDPs, PLPs, emails, and headless storefronts, our goal is to make social proof easy to manage and easy to scale. Most importantly, we built ReviewFlow with the needs of Indian commerce teams in mind. We understand the budgets, the technology challenges, and the need for flexibility. Our vision is to give brands a modern, enterprise-ready reviews platform that grows with them—without locking them into a costly ecosystem. In short, we wanted to make enterprise-quality ratings and reviews accessible to every ambitious commerce brand, not just the largest ones.
