What career workflow would you automate with AI?

I'm building ResumeIQ AI, a Java 17 + Spring Boot 3 platform for developers building AI-powered career tools.

It currently brings together ATS-style resume analysis, AI resume rewriting, resume comparison, version tracking and AI interview preparation.

I'm curious what developers and builders think:

What part of the job-search or career workflow would you most want to automate with AI?

I'm especially interested in ideas beyond resume generation.
