Resume Destructor - Brutal AI feedback that actually fixes your resume.

by
ResumeDestructor stands out by aggressively analyzing resumes the way hiring managers actually think — not just checking keywords, but identifying weak positioning, vague impact, and missed opportunities that cost interviews. Instead of generic feedback, it gives direct, no-BS critiques and rewrites that turn average resumes into high-converting ones. It focuses on real-world results: stronger bullet points, clearer value, and positioning that makes candidates look like top hires.

I built ResumeDestructor because most resume tools are way too soft. They give generic suggestions, keyword stuffing tips, and “nice” feedback — but that’s not how hiring actually works. Recruiters skim fast and reject faster. I wanted something that thinks like a hiring manager: brutally honest, focused on impact, and optimized to get interviews. The biggest shift during development was moving away from “improving” resumes to completely breaking them down and rebuilding them for positioning, clarity, and results. If your resume isn’t getting responses, it’s not a small tweak problem — it’s a positioning problem. That’s exactly what this is designed to fix. Would love any feedback from people actively job hunting or hiring 👇
