I struggled with my own fitness until my mid-twenties. Despite a strong STEM background, it always bothered me that something as fundamental as taking care of our bodies felt so hard. Information was fragmented, most things didn’t work long-term, and it was difficult to truly feel the science behind what was happening. Things changed when I worked with a trainer who taught me how to use data to make progress. I started tracking calories and protein, workouts, steps, and sleep—and for the first time, progress became obvious. There was still a major problem — Manually tracking everything consistently was exhausting and unsustainable. And even with a great trainer, there was no realistic way for a human to analyze all that data continuously. After years of building products, we started seeing the potential of LLMs to make both tracking and coaching radically easier. We began building this for ourselves. Then friends asked to use it. And slowly, the circle of people who could benefit from it started expanding. Learning from tens of thousands of users since, we’ve seen the real friction points that make fitness hard in daily life—travel, eating out, weddings, busy schedules, and everything in between. So we built something that adapts to real life instead of asking life to adapt to fitness. After two years of heads-down building, we’re excited to finally share this. It takes care of the essentials, helps you build a system around your life, and evolves as you do.

I’ve always struggled to stay consistent with fitness and tried a bunch of apps, but none of them really stuck. Most tracked workouts, but nothing helped me manage my diet at a macro level in a simple way. This app has been different. I’ve been using it consistently for over 6 months now.
