Whats the avarage response time?

Hi guys,

I’ve a server for 2-3 months. Yesterday, all the ports have been stopped suddenly. I can’t reach any of them, i cant use my tools.

Last month, i was clearing the disk with ssh login from the terminal, i’ve seen there that i was still using 4gb ram 40gb disk plan after 2 weeks passed from the day i’ve scaled the server to 8gb ram 80gb disk plan.

I’ve sent 2 tickets, after the second one you have fixed the issue but no answer to my tickets.

Today, i got an urgent problem started yesterday, i’ve sent an email also tickets from my account but no answer.

The email i’m using is ensgltepe@gmail.com
