Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Matt, a solo maker from Poland. Repeatso started with a simple frustration: I had 1-2 hours every day where I wanted to learn vocabulary but couldn't — cooking, walking, holding my baby, doing dishes. Every flashcard app required looking at a screen, so that time was wasted.
So I built voice-first flashcards. The app speaks the word, you speak the answer out loud, it listens and moves on. No screen needed. Wireless earbuds + repeatso = a language lesson during your commute.
A few principles I stuck to:
🎙️ Voice-first, not voice-added. Most apps bolt TTS onto a visual interface. Repeatso is built around the audio loop from day one.
💰 No subscription, ever. $7.99 once. I'm tired of paying $40/month for apps I use 10 minutes a day. You buy it once and own it.
🌍 Any two-sided content. Vocabulary is the obvious use case, but you can put anything in there — anatomy terms, chemistry formulas, country capitals. Two sides, voice loop, done.
Free tier lets you try with sample data. Premium ($7.99 lifetime, 3-device limit) unlocks importing your own sets.
I'd love your feedback — especially from people who've tried voice features in other apps and found them lacking. What made them feel like an afterthought? What would make voice-first actually work for you?
Thanks for checking it out!
