Hey PH 👋 I built Remodel AI because my partner and I almost spent $18K on a kitchen remodel we hated after seeing the finished result. We'd looked at hundreds of Pinterest boards, hired a designer for "concept renderings" that took 3 weeks, and still couldn't visualize what the space would actually look like. So I built the tool I wanted: upload a phone photo, get a photorealistic redesign in 10 seconds. No $500 designer consultation. No waiting weeks for mockups. No committing to a style before you can see it in your own room. The hardest problem wasn't the AI — it was making results look real, not "AI-ish". We trained on 2M+ interior photos and built a custom pipeline that preserves your room's lighting, windows, and proportions while changing everything else.
