I built Remo because keeping up with AI started to feel like a second full‑time job. Every day there are 50+ “breaking” headlines and it’s hard to know what actually matters.
Remo is my attempt to fix that for the community: a free, real‑time Data & AI news reader with an AI companion that can summarise any story and pull out the signal. Right now “Ask Remo” is literally community-funded, I’m running this without a big budget, and Gemini API keys are already expensive. Instead of turning it into a paywalled SaaS, I wanted to make the core experience free and build it in public with people who care about AI.
As I keep iterating, I’d love your feedback on two things:
Is the signal-filtering actually useful for your day-to-day work in Data/AI?
What would make “Ask Remo” indispensable for you (better summaries, implications, watchlists, etc.)?
Thanks for checking out Remo, this is very much a community-first experiment, and I’m excited to see what we can turn it into together

The "Ask Remo" feature sitting right inside the feed is such a smart move, no tab switching just to get a quick summary. Really clean execution from ShivAI here.
Really happy you liked the “Ask Remo” being right inside the feed that was exactly the goal: reduce tab‑switching and make it effortless to go from headline to insight.
I’m still iterating on Remo, so if you ever have ideas on how “Ask Remo” could be even more useful for your Data/AI workflow (better summaries, implications, alerts, etc.), I’d love to hear them.
