Hey everyone,
I'm Liam, one of the two people behind Relayn.
This started with a simple observation: every Discord community I've been in has the same 20 questions asked over and over — and a couple of moderators quietly burning out answering them at 2am. Meanwhile, all the good answers those mods write are already there, in the chat history. They just evaporate. The next person asks the same thing tomorrow, and someone types it out again.
Every support bot I tried had the same flaw. You upload docs on day one, and that's all the bot will ever know. Your team keeps answering things the bot has never heard of, and the bot never gets any smarter. So the knowledge base goes stale, mods stop trusting it, and it quietly becomes another dead integration.
So we built Relayn around one idea: the bot should learn from your moderators, not just your documents. It reads your server history, indexes your docs, and then keeps watching how your team actually replies — picking up patterns, tone, and the answers that aren't written down anywhere. A month in, it knows things you never uploaded.
Setup is 1-click Discord OAuth, then drop in your docs. There's a free tier, pricing is public, and Telegram is next on the roadmap.
We welcome everyone to try it out! And even willing to support you for your first 2 months with a free access to the Pro plan :) Thanks!

the 5 minute setup claim is actually believable here, which is kind of rare. love that it learns from real mod replies instead of just scraping docs and calling it a day.
The fact that it learns from how mods actually reply instead of just parroting generic answers is such a smart move. Finally feels like a bot that would actually sound like part of the team.
