Reeborn: Shadow Work & Breath - AI app that remembers, spots patterns and goes deep

byβ€’
Launching on World Mental Health Day. Most wellness apps forget you the moment you close them. Reeborn remembers. Aria, an AI guide, connects what you share across weeks and gently shows the patterns you keep repeating, in your own words, on an Inner map. Kael guides shadow work step by step. Breathwork and meditation bring you back to your body. Private by design: conversations deleted after 7 days, Face ID lock, export or delete anytime. Not therapy. Free to start on iPhone.

Hi Product Hunt πŸ‘‹ I'm Helen, the solo maker of Reeborn. I chose to launch today, on World Mental Health Day, on purpose. In March 2024 I had a serious accident in Bali. I lost more than half my blood, had emergency surgery and woke up on a ventilator. When no painkiller was enough, I did the only thing I could: I stopped fighting the pain, relaxed into it through meditation and integrated the tough experience. That's where Reeborn was born. I wanted anyone in a hard moment to have those tools in their pocket. What I kept missing in other apps: they don't remember you. Every session starts from zero, so you never see the patterns you keep repeating. Reeborn is built around memory: (1) Aria – an AI guide who remembers what you shared and connects today to last week. Text or voice. (2) Inner map – the patterns that repeat across weeks, in your own words, and what is changing. (3) Kael – structured shadow work, one step at a time. (4) Practice – breathwork and meditation, fully voiced. Keeps playing with the screen locked. Privacy, because this is personal: full conversations are deleted 7 days after each session, you can lock the app with Face ID, export everything or delete any conversation. Nothing is sold or used to train AI. Reeborn is not therapy and doesn't replace it. It's a daily place to come back to yourself. 🎁 For the PH community: 50% off your first year with code PRODUCTHUNT. Core (Aria, Kael, practices, Inner map): Voice (talk out loud with Aria and Kael, replies read back to you): Open on your iPhone, one tap. My question for you: what would make you open an app like this every day? I'm here all day and will answer every comment πŸ™

Β Hey Helen, huge congratulations on the launch! :)

It's such a timely launch, landing right on World Mental Health Day. The background behind the app, born from your own accident, is incredibly moving.

I'm so glad you were able to not only work through that experience yourself, but also turn it into something that helps others who may be coping with tough times of their own.

What stands out to me about this app is the focus on privacy, data integrity, and most interestingly surfacing the patterns people may not even realize about themselves, the kind of thing you'd only notice after talking to a guide long enough. The fact that this AI guide does exactly that is really compelling.

I also love that it integrates meditation and breathwork. Coming from India, where yoga was born, this feels especially meaningful to me, these practices have genuinely changed my life, and I'm sure they'll do the same for your users.

You're truly building something that's a light for the world, made for others to experience and benefit from.

I wish you all the best. May the app find wide adoption and touch many lives. πŸ’›

Β Thank you so much, Rohan, this really touched me.

You put it beautifully: the patterns we can’t see in ourselves are exactly what I wanted Reeborn to surface. And privacy was non-negotiable for me. Everything Aria learns comes only from your own conversations, nothing is pre-filled or generic.

And yes, breathwork and meditation are what carried me through after the accident, so it means a lot to hear this from someone who grew up so close to their roots.

Thank you for your support today πŸ™

Does it understand you better over time? Good luck today

Β Thank you! Yes, that’s the core idea. Aria remembers what you’ve shared across sessions, so instead of starting from zero each time, she can say things like β€œthis sounds similar to what came up last week.” Over time your inner map fills up with recurring emotions, insights and patterns, built only from your own conversations. The longer you use it, the more it actually knows you. Would love to hear what you think if you give it a try πŸ™
