10 months.

That's how long it took me to get my first paying customer.

During those months, I kept hearing the same advice:
"Build more features."

But the real problem wasn't my product.

It was that I had no idea where people were already looking for a solution.

That realization led me to build Runbyte.

Instead of spending hours searching Reddit manually, I wanted founders to instantly discover high-intent conversations where people were actively asking for help.

Building the product was only half the journey.

Talking to users, shipping feedback, and learning distribution has taught me far more than writing code ever did.

If you're launching today, I'd love to hear your story too. What's been the hardest part of your startup journey?
