Recoup — the revenue you're already owed - Find the revenue you're already owed.

Recoup reads your signed contracts, checks them against what you actually billed, and finds the revenue that slipped through. Pay only if we recover it.

Hey everyone — Andre here, maker of Recoup.
Quick backstory: every B2B SaaS company I've talked to at $1–20M ARR has the same quiet problem. They signed contracts with minimums, overage rates, escalators, and discount expiry dates — and then billed off whatever was in Stripe or QuickBooks last month. Nobody checks the invoice against the contract. The gap is usually 3–5% of revenue, and it's money that's already contractually owed.
Enterprises fix this with six-figure revenue-assurance suites. Everyone else uses a spreadsheet and hope.
Recoup is the lightweight version. Upload your contracts (PDF, DOCX, even scans) and your billing exports (Stripe, QuickBooks, Xero CSVs — or connect Stripe read-only). It extracts the terms, then deterministically checks every term against every invoice. Every finding shows the exact clause it came from, the math, and a confidence score. Anything ambiguous goes to a Needs Review queue instead of being reported as dollars — no false positives dressed up as findings.
Then it closes the loop: approve a finding, get a corrective invoice draft + a customer-ready true-up letter, and track it to paid — verified against your own billing data.
Pricing is simple: $0 upfront, 20% of what you actually recover. Find nothing, pay nothing.

Would love to hear: what's the billing leak you've caught (or suspect) at your company? Happy to answer anything about how the reconciliation works.
