Do you actually change your training when your recovery score is low — or just push through?

I've worn an Oura ring for a couple of years and for most of that time I ignored the readiness score on training days. Squat day was squat day, whether it said 91 or 75.
Building ReadyLift made me look at this properly, and my own data was more lopsided than expected: low readiness barely affected my pressing, but squats and deadlifts fell apart. Same score, completely different impact depending on the movement.
Curious what others do. If you wear an Oura, Whoop, Garmin or Apple Watch — do you adjust anything based on recovery, or is it just a number you glance at? And has anyone found a threshold they actually trust?
