Living in Germany, I found myself constantly panicking at the Kasse — frantically searching through apps just to find the right loyalty card at the supermarket or Drogerie (DM, Rossmann, you name it 😅). That moment of stress and pressure in front of the cashier inspired me to build something that finally set me free from it. The core of QuicKard is simple but powerful: widgets, an Apple Watch app, and location-based notifications so your card is ready before you even reach the register. As I built it, I also realized it works just as well for boarding passes and coupons — anything with a barcode or QR code that you always seem to need at the worst moment.
