What's the biggest challenege in existing SQL editors?

I'm launching QueryFlow here on Saturday. It's a browser-based SQL editor for reading long queries and running SQL on CSV files. Before launch, I'd like to hear what frustrates you in the editors you use now. Is it reading someone else's long query, tracking down where a value is set, setting up a connection just to query a file, or something else?
