Building Querlo, AI customer support for ecommerce brands. Here is what I learned

by

Hey everyone, Muhammad here

i spent 6 years designing packaging for ecommerce brands. avon, crossfit, lego, general mills. during that time i kept seeing the same thing over and over.

brands spending money on ads, getting traffic, then losing customers because nobody was answering their questions.

someone asks about ingredients at 2am. no reply. they leave. that sale is gone.

so i built Querlo. an AI that trains on your actual products and answers customer questions instantly. it also captures wholesale leads automatically so you never miss a bulk buyer again.

few things i learned building this:

most ecommerce founders are doing customer support themselves at midnight. it is not a scalable way to run a business.

generic chatbots are useless because they dont know your products. training on real data is the only thing that works.

wholesale leads are completely ignored. a restaurant owner asking about bulk pricing gets the same slow response as everyone else. that is a lot of money left on the table.

launching on product hunt next week. happy to talk about the build, the tech, or the problem. ask me anything.
