Built this after researching the quantum space and finding nobody had made a tool for buyers to evaluate vendor claims. A claim citing a peer-reviewed Physical Review Letters paper scores 85/100. A claim about 1000x speedup over Goldman Sachs scores 20/100. Would love feedback from anyone who has actually been pitched quantum products, and from anyone in the quantum community who thinks the analysis is wrong.
