The goal was not to build a full Quality Management System. The focus is a lightweight and practical tool that makes everyday product quality controls easier to configure, perform, review and analyze. This application is a simple, configurable platform designed for SMEs that regularly perform product quality controls. It helps replace paper forms and spreadsheets with a structured digital process for recording inspections, measurements, photos and quality results. The application is built around a straightforward workflow:Configure → Inspect → Record → Review → Analyze You can define products, suppliers and reusable quality control templates. Templates can contain configurable control fields and product parameters such as thickness, width, length or moisture, including repeated measurements and specification limits. Templates can be made available only to selected teams, allowing different factories, facilities or departments to use the controls relevant to them. During a quality control, users can record multiple samples or packages, add multiple controlled items within each sample, and capture repeated measurements for each item. For example, a user may inspect 3 packages, select 10 pieces from each package, and record thickness, width and moisture measurements at multiple positions. Photos and files can also be attached to provide supporting evidence. All recorded controls are available in a searchable and filterable list, where authorized team members can view, edit, delete, export and print quality control reports. Historical records preserve the relevant template structure and measurement configuration so that past quality results remain meaningful even when templates are updated. The statistics view transforms recorded measurements into practical quality insights. Users can filter results by period, product and supplier and review key KPIs such as averages, minimum and maximum values, standard deviation, deviation from target and within-specification percentage.
