We're currently building Qroole, an ultra-fast digital menu platform for restaurants and cafes. Our core thesis is simple: Speed is the #1 feature for in-person digital experiences.

However, during our early testing with restaurant owners, we hit a classic product dilemma:

• Restaurant Owners want 4K dish photos, heavy animations, and complex multi-page layouts.

• Customers just want the menu to load in under 1 second without draining their battery or mobile data.

We chose to prioritize performance and lightweight UX first, keeping image compression aggressive while maintaining crisp visuals.
