We built an instant-loading QR menu platform to replace clunky PDFs. Tell us what we missed!

Hey Product Hunt community!

We're currently building , an ultra-fast digital menu platform for restaurants and cafes. Our core thesis is simple: Speed is the #1 feature for in-person digital experiences.

However, during our early testing with restaurant owners, we hit a classic product dilemma:

  • Restaurant Owners want 4K dish photos, heavy animations, and complex multi-page layouts.

  • Customers just want the menu to load in under 1 second without draining their battery or mobile data.

We chose to prioritize performance and lightweight UX first, keeping image compression aggressive while maintaining crisp visuals.

I'd love to ask the PH community:

  • As a consumer, do you prefer ultra-fast, clean text/simple photo menus, or rich media-heavy interactive menus?

  • For fellow SaaS founders: How do you balance customer feature requests vs. core product performance?

Check out Qroole if you have a moment — any feedback on our landing page or UX would mean the world to us!
